  • Yes - keep an eye out for an email from Ticket Tailor that you should bring with you on the day.

  • The event is taking place at Manchester Met University Business School, Oxford Road, Manchester M15 6BH. Visitor Information, including how to get to the business school and surrounding facilities, can be found here: Visitor Info Page

WALKING: Manchester city centre is easily accessible from the campus

BIKE: There are many cycle parking spaces around the University campuses that are suitable for visitors. Please make sure you securely lock your bike to a stand

TRAIN: Manchester Oxford Road Railway Station is close by. The Business School area of the Manchester campus is just a five minute walk from Oxford Road Station. There are regular regional trains from Oxford Road and the station is operated by Northern Rail

Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station is connected to local, regional and national rail services and via the West Coast Mainline. You can walk to our campus in 15-20 minutes from Piccadilly Station. Alternatively, take the 147 bus to Oxford Road. The 147 bus runs every 10-15 minutes throughout the working day

Deansgate Railway Station is the closest station and provides access to local rail services on the Manchester-Liverpool route

Manchester Victoria Railway Station is on the northern side of the city centre. You can walk to Manchester Victoria in 25-30 minutes, or cycle in 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the free Metroshuttle Service 2 (Green Line) from Victoria Station Approach (Stop Ny) and disembark at Whitworth Street. The Metroshuttle services run every 10 minutes during the day

  • You MUST set up on Tuesday 14th January between 09:00 - 19:00 unless previously agreed with Hannah.

The conference opens at 08:30 on Wednesday 15th January and we want you to be ready to go when they arrive.

We ask that you do not break down until after 18:00 on Thursday - a half broken down exhibition space when the conference closes looks sad, and people often will linger to see stands they didn’t have a chance to see after the closing speeches.

You will have till 20:00 to break down your stand.

We do not have access to the venue on Friday 17th January so you must take everything with you. Nothing can be left overnight.

  • No, if you want to enjoy the conference you can, but we would recommend you are there during busy periods, during the Breakfast Networking, the Lunch period and at the end of the day.

  • We will not be recording the Summit in 2025.

  • There is an option to put a note in your order when you book, but you can also email us to request any accessibility support.

You can request a free ticket for a personal assistant or carer in our booking system and add any special requests.

There is an accessibility map for the venue on our website.

All Speakers will use a microphone, and we are working with the venue to ensure lighting is not too bright in the lecture halls or workshops.

We will have a peace room at the venue to be used freely. During lunch there will be a designated quiet area also.

We also also planning to create a buddy system for those of you coming to the event for the first time that would find that helpful.

Lastly, while the schedule is not yet live, we endevour to have this available at least two weeks in advance so you can plan your day.

We will have an Accessibility Manager on the day as a point of contact.

If you have any requests or questions on the above please email aimee@betternotstop.com
