Manchester Metropolitan University (Manchester Met) is one of the UK’s leading sustainable universities, celebrating an incredible ten years ranked as top three university in the People and Planet University table.
Manchester Met has set an example of sustainability for universities around the world, which is why we’ve partnered with them. The University, just announced as being a ‘First Class’ institution for 2022/23 has worked hard over the past decade to inspire young professionals and businesses to make a change.
The University works in partnership with the Carbon Literacy Project, delivering Carbon Literacy training to students and organisations since 2012 and becoming the world’s first University to help students become Carbon Literate.
Manchester Met’s Centre for Enterprise works with over 2000 businesses helping them to grow, evolve and innovate. They offer funded programmes and business support to help businesses adopt new clean technologies, opening the doors to new opportunities, networks and resources.
Splitting into three themes - Unlocking business growth, Digitally evolve and Future-proofing business, each programme helps to support businesses in the right direction of growth.
The Better Business Summit is held in the University’s Business School. Taking over the North Atrium, the conference will consist of panels, catalyst conversations, exhibitions, networking and workshops.
