  • Ngunan, a Liverpool-based journalist, broadcaster, and social entrepreneur, she is renowned for her work across BBC platforms and as an international multimedia trainer. She hosts BBC UK Black across Merseyside and Manchester, champions diversity in media, and founded iWoman Media Ltd and iWoman Academy CIC. Ngunan is a dedicated advocate for women's issues.

  • Matt, co-founder of Impact Reporting, Reason Digital & MeasureUp, is a "social impact geek" with over 15 years of experience helping purpose-driven organisations use tech to drive social good. Named Digital Entrepreneur of the Year, he founded Pride in Leadership and advocates for DEI rights on boards like akt, the national LGBTQ+ youth homelessness charity.

  • Darcia is the PR & Brand Communications Manager EMEA for TOMS.

    TOMS are in business to improve lives. Their mission has been at the heart of who they are since their start in 2006. Merging profit and purpose, they reimagined a new way of doing business by pioneering the One for One giving model.

    Together with their customers support and impact partners, they have positively impacted over 105 million lives!

Amer Gaffar
Manchester Fuel Cell Innovation Centre

  • Amer is a sustainability professional with more than 23 years’ experience in the sector. Amer is a passionate advocate for Net Zero and has successfully built consensus and momentum over the past decade through co-designing a place-based agenda in collaboration with Greater Manchester Combined Authority for Greater Manchester and the wider Northwest to achieve positive environmental practice and cleaner energy innovation.

Alexandra Pimor
Earth Law Centre

  • Alexandra is an Earth lawyer, legal scholar, social entrepreneur, Advanced Certified Scrum Master, agile facilitator & systems coach.

    Alexandra is Director of Nature Governance at the Earth Law Center, where she leads on the global Nature Governance project; meshworking and collaborative partnerships; and the co-development fellowship initiative.

    She is also the founder of SoaNoia, a consultancy specialising in conscious governance & leadership, and organisational & systemic transformation.

    opportunities, wellbeing and ways of living and working.

    He is also a Non Executive Director at the Better Business Network, legally representing Nature in our opertations

  • Ellie (she/her) is a Community Cultivator at Re-Action Collective, a thriving global community driven by a shared love for the planet and outdoor adventures. Re-Action are reimagining the outdoor sports industry from the ground up, fuelled by the passion of its members. Through worldwide partnerships, they’re pioneering sustainable practices like repair, repurposing, and rental, making outdoor activities more inclusive and accessible. For Ellie, eco-anxiety is a source of fuel. She channels it into connecting with like-minded people and finds joy in the power of collective action.

Sophie Benson

  • Sophie Benson is a freelance journalist and author working with a focus on sustainable fashion. She covers topics spanning policy and legislation, supply chain, consumerism, workers' rights, greenwashing, and circularity for publications including Vogue Business, Atmos, Dazed, The Guardian, The Independent, and Raconteur. She is the author of Sustainable Wardrobe.

  • Russ is Founder & Strategy Director at Avery & Brown, a B Corp certified marcomms agency that takes sustainable businesses into the mainstream. Russ is a regular speaker on sustainable marketing and the better business movement, and he is increasingly asked about the links between AI and sustainability.

Simon Lewis
Brabners

  • Simon Lewis is an experienced corporate solicitor at Brabners LLP specialising is mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Described in the Lawyer’s Hot 100 as “law’s answer to David Attenborough”, Simon is chair of Brabners’ Sustainability and Environmental Group and led the firm’s successful B Corp application.

  • Hannah founded Keartland & Co, which helps businesses shift their impact approach from tactical to strategic. She’s spent 20+ years leading innovation and change at director and board level for impact-led organisations. She’s on the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales Sustainability Committee and is a TEDx speaker.
